Is this site secure?

  Any personal information given to Inxcy.com will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. Inxcy.com server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process. And with added online security to protect your personal information from unauthorized use is provided by using advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.

How can I pay?

    We accept Paypal, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER credit cards. (Credits card transactions are processed through PayPal.)

Why can't I get my order through?

  Credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and JCD are accessible to payment. Before you pay for your order, please make sure you have an available balance and check the information you typed (Common problems include incorrectly spelled name). If everything seems to be correct, please contact your card issuer.

 Why can’t I have the discount as the coupon shows?

  There are coupons that do not work on sale items, there are also coupons that only work on the original prices, please pay attention to the description of the coupon code you get. 

How can I get the shipping information about my recent purchase?

  Order placed on Inxcy usually takes 1-5 business days before the shipment, customers will be informed via email/messages as soon as their packages are dispatched. 

Will I be charged by the customs if I am out of the US?

  Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by shipping addresses that are outside of the US shall be the responsibility of the customer. Inxcy cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check with customs of your country to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order, or you can choose the tax-free option while checking out.

  If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to Inxcy at our expense. So please contact us first when such thing occurs, compensations will be made according to the amount required by the customs. 

How long does the shipping take?

  We will do everything we can to make sure you get your order in a timely manner, each order shall have an associated tracking number (or even 2 or more if your order is shipped separately). If you have not received your package in due time, please feel free to contact our Customer Service.

1) The standard shipping usually takes 10-20 days.

2) The priority shipping takes 9-13 days.

3) The first class shipping takes 7-10 days.

4) The express shipping takes 3-8 days.

Why didn't I get an email about my order being shipped?

  This may be caused by the email sender, or sometimes the email is simply being marked as spam and goes into the junk mail. It will normally take us 1-5 business days to prepare orders for shipping. If you have not received an email about shipping 7 days after the purchase, please contact our Customer Service. 

The tracking about my package has not been updated for a long time, what’s wrong?

  Standard/Priority Shipping: If the tracking has not updated for over 10 days, contact our Customer Service, we will check it with the shipping company and will provide you with an appropriate solution.

  First Class/Express shipping: If there has been no update for 5 days, please get in touch with our customer service team. Sometimes, packages can get stuck during delivery because of unexpected circumstances. 

What if the tracking shows that the attempted delivery of my package was unsuccessful? Or my package has been returned back to the sender?

  Please contact our customer service asap. Your package may have been returned back to us because the shipping company was unable to reach you, or there was an error with the shipping address. We will offer you an appropriate solution according to your situation. 

The tracking shows that my package has been delivered, but I did not receive anything, how’s that?

  It can be that one of your neighbors signed it, or that the shipping company left it on the porch without notifying you. Please check it with them, or you can contact us immediately when such things occur. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses?

  When you choose standard shipping, PO Boxes can be accepted.

   But please note that our shipping partners are unable to deliver to APO/FPO military addresses, So we are sorry if we are asked to ship there and please provide a street address to ensure that your items are received in a timely manner. 

How do I return/exchange something?

  Please check out our return policy.

  Contact our customer service to let us know the reason and the items you would like to return back, instructions will be provided as soon as we get your message/email. 

Can I have a full refund of the return?

  We will provide a full refund according to the terms of our return policy. In general, we try to be as flexible as possible on refunds, however, please note that we are only responsible for the returning costs initiated by quality issues/receiving wrong items. 

Should I ship the return on regular shipping? Or express shipping?

  You could send the package through whichever courier you want, but we would recommend you to do it in the cheapest way, even if there wouldn’t be a tracking number, you will be notified when we get the returned package and process the refund/exchange. 

The item I received looks different from the picture you listed on the site?

Some common reasons why items look different:

1) Color: Different computer/phone screens create color differences.

2) Shape: Items look different on the flat computer screen than in real life. Please try it on to see if it works for you.

3) If you are still not satisfied: Contact our Customer care. 

When will I get my refund?

  Normally, refunds are completed 7 business days from the day we promise to handle your refund. But please be advised that there could be additional days because of the money-transfering between the payment service providers and the banks. 

Where will I get my refund?

 Generally the refund will be issued back to the original payment account with which you used to place the order, but if the transaction has been overdue for issuing refunds(usually 60 days after the purchase), please contact our Customer Service for further assistance. 

How do I cancel an order?

 Your order will be processed immediately after your sending of the payment. There can be 1-5 business days' processing time. You may cancel the order anytime in that period before the shipment, please note that we are not able to cancel an order that’s already dispatched. If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with our unconditional return policy.
