a) It's within 30 days since a package's been successfully delivered.
b) All items are in its original condition. (unused, unworn, with it’s original package and price tags.)
Email us with your order number and a concise reason for returning.
Follow the instructions from our customer service team to send the package to our return center, and if there's a tracking number, please let us know.
*We will only cover returns for defective or flawed items, as for unwanted orders, you (the customer) will be paying for the returning shipping costs, and we will offer a store coupon for it.
A refund is issued within 3 business days after we receive the returned package. Please allow extra 48 hours for PayPal to process it.
Sale items will be refunded at sale prices, that is to say, you will be refunded for the exact amount of your order.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com for instructions.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Your order will be processed immediately after your sending of the payment. There can be 1-5 business days' processing time.
You may cancel the order anytime in that period before the shipment, please note that we are not able to cancel an order that’s already dispatched.

If you choose the priority/express shipping at checkout. The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of priority/express shipping will be deducted from your refund.
